Of the 3 Group trips to Antarctica I have now, this is the luxury Itinerary.

PRICE per person for dual occupancy:  My prices are lower or equal to what you’ll see on Seabourn’s website (except more benefits).

If Booked by Feb 18, 2025, prices from $11,729 and OBC up tp $1000.

If booked after Feb 18, 2025, prices from $11,998 and OBC up to $500

Itinerary

This is the basic itinerary, but we can also add some stuff before or after for you!  Let me know if you want to come early or stay late!

Day 1 ~ Dec 11  Arrival Day

This is basically an arrival day.  So you can land by today or earlier, and tonight’s hotel room is provided by Seabourn.

Day 2 ~ Dec 12 Fly to Ushuaia

It’ll be an early morning flight, but Seabourn will take us to the airport, fly us to Ushuaia, pick us up in Ushuaia, short time to wander in Ushuaia before boarding… and then we’re off!

Day 3-4 ~ Dec 13 -14 Drake Passage

It takes about 2 days to cross the Drake!  With medication, and at this time of year, should be smooth sailing!  During these two days, we learn about biosecurity, about the excursions like kayaking and submarine, and the expedition staff will have information presentations!

Day 5 – 9 ~ Dec 15 – 19 Antarctica!

Then the main event!  Weather depending, but we get off twice a day!  The exact stops aren’t known because it always depends on the weather.  But we’ll either get off for a zodiac cruise, or a walk on land!  You can also sign up for optional extras like Kayaking or submarine!

Day 10 – 11 ~ Dec 20 – 21 Back Across the Drake

Back across the Drake!  More info presentations or hanging out!  Time to sort through all those pictures you took! Or hang out in the hot tub!

Day 12 ~ Dec 22 Departure Day

Back in Ushuaia, and Seabourn takes us back to airport, and flies us back to Buenos Aires!  After that, is up to you! You can fly home while you’re already there, fly somewhere else, or stay in Buenos Aires a bit longer!

 

Deposit

The deposit is 25% of the total, so that will vary depending on room type.  After that, money follows the cancellation schedule of a $100 fee for anything cancelled before Aug 12, 2026.  A fee of 15%  for anything cancelled before Sept 11, 2026.  A fee of 50% for anything cancelled before Oct 11. And a fee of 75%  for anything cancelled before Oct 26, 2026. No refunds after that point, it would have to be handled by travel insurance.

Payments

After deposit, the payments are up to you! You can wait until full payment is due on Aug 13, 2026. Or you can chunk it every few months. Or can do a monthly payment. Very flexible. Payments are collected by Seabourn and remain with Seabourn, so again your money is safe!

What’s Included?

Pretty much as soon as you check into the hotel on Dec 11 to the airport in Buenos Aires onDec 22, everything is included!  There are things you can add, but nothing you have to pay for.

Accommodations are included.

Then the room on board is included and priced on a double occupancy rate.  If you need help being matched with someone, let me know!

Optional Extras

Kayaking is offered at $250, and I highly recommend it! I did it if you want to read about my experience.

Submarine is an offering for $1000!  I haven’t done it before, so I’d for sure try!

Perks of Coming with Me!

Well, besides really terrible puns and my forever-long list of fun facts I’ll randomly share… But I like to think I’m a pretty good photographer!  I’ve got my fun 360 camera that takes epic pics like these (from Antarctica)

So you’re welcome to the pics that I take of landscapes and us, but I’m also willing to help you take silly and fun pics of yourself.  For example, I sometimes bring a fun skirt for quick photoshoots!  Just pops on over other clothes and takes no time at all!

Anyone who comes, also gets a copy of my Antarctica Journal and bonus stickers!

My group is also at a discount from the public price and comes with On board credit that others don’t get!

Flights

International flights aren’t included, but happy to help you find a good flight price.  I do have access to a vendor with discounted business class flights which ocassionally has a good deal.  But either way, I can help you book or find flights as needed.  The flights within Argentina are included though.

Airport transfers

Included for domestic not international.  But it’s only like $25 to get from airport to city.
